Chronic Pain from flexible flat feet can i get prescription help?

I have chronic pain in my feet and it extends to my knee’s and hips. is there any way that i could possibly get a prescription for pain medication it is becoming harder to fulfill my daily duties as a father and at my job.
i forgot to add this, i have already tried the high prescription shoe’s and in soles. they are absolutely unbearable. not only that but i believe there is permanent nerve damage in my left big toe. it has been numb for 2 months now, almost tingly.
