Help! My little brother very important to delete a video from my camera DXG. How I can get it back?

A few years ago I recorded a dog eventual death of my video now (which showed him eating a sandwich that I said to the guard), but my little brother plays with the camera and deleted that video. Is there any software that can be used to restore the video?
