you can change the color of the pictue on the Canon EOS Digital Rebel T1i?

I am thinking of buying the Canon EOS Digital Rebel but I was wondering T1i if I'm able to take pictures in black and white, sepia, etc. .. this camera Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes black and white is called monotonous in its menu system. However, many find it better to take a photo in RAW and then convert to sepia or black and white with a single button click later using the Canon software. In this way you have a color version of the photo (the original RAW file) and one in black and white. If you shoot in JPEG monotonous, simply a black and white without the ability to change color again later. Note that almost any digital camera out there can do this, which makes it a poor reason to spend hundreds of dollars on a digital SLR.
