What is the best way to check for light leakage in LCD monitors?
any information, whether its a pc or tv monitor is welcomed.
Are you talking about backlight leak?
Display a totally black image. You’ll see any inconsistency pretty quickly.
Really, are you thinking there are perfect LCDs out there? Is this for general tv viewing or computer use?
I think the only folks to whom this would be a great concern would be professional photographers in a digital darkroom, and they wouldn’t have to ask the question.
