What should a H4 visa holder in US who is going to take NCLEX to do to get Green Card fastest?

IMMIGRATION QUESTION!

I am going to Nursing school in Florida and will soon take the NCLEX, and my H4 visa will expire soon, so i wonder if anyone kind of in my shoes has the similar experience or already had it can shed some light, or just foreigN nurses’ response will be worthy.

Or any tricks of trade while taking a job as a new associate degree RN.

if you have passed the cgfns and have a visa screen then you have a good chance of having a greencard. all you have to do is find an agency that sponsors foreign nurses and they will help you find employers. they will help you apply for i-140, i-485 and i-765 concurrently. better if you already passed your nclex because you’ll have a lot of offers from employers. nurses i think can have their greencard in 6-10 mos the earliest with employment based petitions. good luck

Nike Shoes

In 1985, when plans for the all-new Nike Air Max I (which was originally called the Nike Comfort) was laid out on the table, shoe designers were plagued by a very important task: finding a suitable material for the soles to create added comfort and bounce. Of course, cotton was a great cushion, but it gave little support, and leather was hot and sweaty.

One of these designers did some research, discovering a little-known material called kapok, a cotton-like substance which, when pressed, responds by bouncing back, similar to rubber. Kapok comes from a sacred Mayan tree, called the giant Saba, which grows primarily in Belize. This, it would seem, was the answer to their prayers. He reasoned that the added commerce would boost the economy in Belize and perhaps create new jobs there. Nike would therefore have an entirely new team of workers, who would provide labor for little pay. He immediately took his discovery to the other members of the design team, and plans were made to secure enough kapok for the first six months of manufacturing.

As production of the new Nike Comfort shoes got underway, it quickly became apparent that kapok would be harder to obtain than originally expected. While some of the material was indeed available, the quantity was nowhere near adequate for a full-scale production line. Sitting around the lunch table and staring at each other with blank looks on their faces, one of them looked down at his empty soda bottle. He noticed that air remained trapped inside the bottle when the lid was securely fastened. Abruptly rising to a standing position, and in the face of numerous “What in the H–L are you doing?” glares from his colleagues, he threw the bottle to the floor and jumped on top of it. Not only did the air stay in the bottle, but it caused him to slightly spring upward.

“I’ve got it!” he exclaimed. “Let’s trap air inside the soles, using that as the cushion medium, rather than kapok. Air is free, and we have all that we want!”

The shoe design was revamped to include air pockets rather than kapok holders, and the name was changed from Nike Comfort to Nike Air. The first Nike Air shoes, featuring air-filled soles, was introduced to the general public in 1987, and the world has never been the same since.

But what would have happened if Nike did decide to use kapok in the soles after all? Little did the design team know, but the giant Saba trees are deeply rooted in the ecological well-being of Belize, which in turn is a part of the jungles of that region, which provides the vast majority of our current oxygen supply. Because Saba trees grow very slowly, it would have been impossible to meet manufacturing demands for kapok. As a result, most, if not all, of the Saba trees would have been harvested, creating a devastating whirlwind effect on the global environment. Thanks to Nike, we could all be living on an oxygen depleted, ecologically wrecked planet right now. Thank you, soda companies, for knocking some sense into them!
