What is the most common and most accessible video player on the web?

I would like to put the video on my website … I do not want nobody has to do all kinds of downloads to access it … What format would put a video in which almost anyone with a computer will be able to easily upload and automatically (Quicktime, Flash, etc)? What is the most universal way to display the video on the web? Thanks for your help!

What is a USB flash drive?
