Why bird stickers in black color are attached to our office on glass windows at some areas which are very wide?
I noticed every day few birds hit the glass of this building and fall down or die. I observed from far that the glass reflects the sky and probably the birds feel that what they see is sky – an optical illusion and they hit and die. Is that the reason some black color bird stickers are attached to show some birds stationary in the air? does it makes sense?
yes… the birds in the stickers are(or should be) predatory birds … the other birds see the shadow of the hawk or falcon and fly AWAY from the window, hopefully…. it’s very sad how many millions of birds die against the windows of skyscrapers…. at least your building is trying to help….
